New Construction Inspection

Step Inspections are generally a series of inspections over the course of the construction process.  Our Inspector will inspect as many times as you want, however four inspections is generally adequate to ensure there are no issues. This is three during construction and one final inspection prior to closing and is the same as our listing inspection. This may change based on the complexities of the structure. The cost for each phase inspection is based on the individual structure but is generally between $100 and $200. The final inspection will follow our normal inspection pricing of between $300 and $400 again based on the structure.  These inspections can save our clients time and money as well as curtailing issues with the builder after construction.

Residential Construction Draw Inspections  is similar to the phase inspection in that throughout the construction process we will inspect the job site and furnish a report on the status of the project. Our inspectors report will include percentage complete of all phases of construction and the total percent complete. We will also provide information about any identified issues along with pictures and recommendations for correction.

These inspections are based on industry averages. We can document these inspections on your forms or the forms we have designed. On larger residential or remodeling projects we can customize an inspection report based on the contractor's original cost projections.

There is little doubt that a unbiased inspections will save you time and money.  We offer these services from as low as $20 to $100 per visit.

Prices listed are for our clients consideration and should not be construed as a quote.
