Builders Warranty Inspection is designed to give you the information you need to present to your builder on a new home prior to your one year builders warranty elapsing. You will have a detailed report stating what is in need of repair as well as what you may expect the resolution to be. The fees for this are based on the size and complexity of the structure. Upon completion of this inspection you will have the opportunity to purchase another extended warranty at a discounted rate.
Extended Warranty Inspection is designed to complement the free 90 day warranty we offer our clients after a listing inspection. This warranty is similar to that of your builder or finance company. However we offer this security blanket to you at a discounted rate.
Home Warranty Inspection is an opportunity to purchase insurance to protect your investment. All to often people tend to put it off purchasing insurance and do not consider the safety that a warranty offers until something goes wrong and they are out several thousand dollars. This inspection is completed prior to a new warranty being issued to our clients.
