Home Maintenance Inspection

Perform a Maintenance Inspection– Reliant Home Inspection will visit your home annually or more frequently if you need to perform a maintenance inspection that covers all aspects of your home. These inspections will be well documented and a list of items that need attention and approximate cost to have the work done or information on how to perform the work.
Home Maintenance Training– Reliant Home Inspection will walk you through the process of conducting a maintenance inspection of your home and provide you with a manual to document and guide you through the process. We will also show you how to perform routine maintenance issues and explain their importance. At the conclusion we will present you with a Home Maintenance Manual and a DVD of what was discussed.
